East Bay Housing Organizations (EBHO) has been rooted in the fight for housing justice since 1984. Together, we’ve built a powerful community of members, partners, and allies who believe that safe, affordable homes are a human right.
Like many nonprofits, EBHO is currently navigating financial challenges that require us to be thoughtful and intentional about how we use our resources. To balance these challenges along with furthering our mission, EBHO will be closed on Fridays for the remainder of 2025. This change allows us to focus our capacity where it’s most needed—advancing policies, building coalitions, and organizing for housing justice—while doing our best to center the wellbeing of our dedicated team and plan for EBHO’s long-term sustainability.
