Thank you for another amazing Affordable Housing Month! With this being my first year leading EBHO’s Affordable Housing Month programming, I am incredibly proud of what my team and the broader East Bay housing community accomplished this May.
For the third year in a row, EBHO and our partners engaged hundreds of community members in over 30 thoughtful, educational, and action-oriented events across Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. We also welcomed over 300 attendees at our Kickoff Celebration in Oakland, cohosted three regional events, received twelve proclamations from local governments recognizing May as Affordable Housing Month, and partnered with the Oakland Roots SC to close out the month at their Affordable Housing Night home game.
