Operations Associate
Briseida Ayala Rodriguez (she/her) is the Operations Associate at East Bay Housing Organizations.
Briseida is a first-generation Mexican-American who was born and raised in the Bay Area. She is passionate about community development including economic, climate, and racial justice. Before joining EBHO, Briseida worked as a project manager for an environmental non-profit where she conducted outreach and handled operational projects.
Briseida holds a B.A in Political Economy and a minor in Applied Linguistics from the University of California, Berkeley. She has developed a strong foundation in community engagement, language services, and finance as well as in administration and legal support through diverse roles during college.
In her spare time, Briseida enjoys reading, running, and spending time with friends and family.
