Richmond Neighborhood Housing Services (RNHS) & the City of Oakland are hosting a convening to discuss the inroads and progress they’ve made towards advancing prospects for BIPOC developers!
The goal of the Partnership is to identify and reduce the obstacles that many emerging/BIPOC developers face when looking to leverage resources and gain access to capital. Through various discussions and listening sessions with local developers, we are pushing for policy change to lower barriers to development for Oakland’s diverse affordable housing developer community.
We will be bringing together our partners from Oakland’s Housing and Community Development Department (HCD) to discuss our recent achievements and future plans. City officials have also been invited to attend.
Hosted by the City of Oakland and Richmond Neighborhood Housing Services.
This event is part of EBHO’s Affordable Housing Month calendar of events.
