The regional Bay Area Housing Finance Authority (BAHFA) bond may raise either $10 billion or $20 billion for affordable housing. As one of the largest cities in the Bay Area, the City of Oakland will receive a direct allocation of funding if the bond is passed. That will amount to either $380 million or $760 million, depending on the size of the total bond.

This community informational event is hosted by Alameda County Supervisor Nate Miley, Oakland City Councilmembers Janani Ramachandran, Kevin Jenkins, Treva Reid, and the City of Oakland’s Housing and Community Development Department.
