Join us in celebrating the creation of 79 new affordable apartments at Madrone Terrace in Ashland (unincorporated Alameda County). Resources for Community Development is developing this new property that will include a ground floor day care and community center spaces operated by the Hayward Area Recreation & Parks District (HARD), a public entity that operates recreational facilities across a 100 square-mile portion of Alameda County.
