As we approach our 40th anniversary, EBHOs Annual Membership Meeting Celebration brings us together to share and reflect on this year’s wins, honor our collective voices and power, and forage a brighter path ahead for our East Bay communities! Join us to hear from our Leadership Academy Alumni, and welcome our incoming Executive Director Lindsay Haddix. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
We believe that in order to build a more equitable East Bay we need you to have more than just a seat at the table but also your voice in the discussion. That’s why EBHO relies on your input and expertise to plan and prioritize our advocacy campaigns.

COVID-19 Safety: All attendees must show proof of vaccination, including one booster shot. Nido’s Backyard is a partially-roofed outdoor venue. In order to make our celebration accessible for all members, we request that everyone wear a mask when not eating or drinking.
Just like last year, we are hosting an in-person event with an online option. Online attendees will have access to a livestream of the event and the ability to vote virtually.
This celebration is for EBHO members. We invite you to join or renew your individual or organizational membership for 2024.

If so, then you may be a good fit to serve on EBHO’s Board of Directors!
A nonprofit Board of Directors is the governing body of an organization. EBHO Board Members help to determine our priorities, high-level strategy, and hold the organization accountable to our goals.
Applications are due on Friday, September 29th by 5 PM.
Who should apply?
We invite all active, dues-paying EBHO members to apply for the Board. (Please note: we do not accept applications from our current funding partners or sitting elected officials to avoid conflicts of interest.)
