In this workshop, you will learn the Below Market Rate, down payment assistance, support for San Francisco Unified School District K-12 educators and emergency first responders programs. We will feature other services to help low to moderate income households achieve and maintain homeownership, including the State of California COVID Mortgage Relief Program.
