East Bay Housing Organizations (EBHO)

Since 1984, East Bay Housing Organizations has been the leading affordable housing advocacy coalition serving Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. EBHO is a member-driven organization working to preserve, protect, and create affordable housing opportunities for low-income communities in the East Bay by educating, advocating, organizing, and building coalitions.

EBHO brings together community members, public officials, nonprofit housing developers, residents, service providers, planners, professionals, and advocates. Collectively, we’re building a movement to ensure everyone has a safe, healthy, and affordable place to call home.

National Association of Minority Contractors (NAMC)

Founded in Oakland, California in 1969 by Ray Dones and Joseph Debro, NAMC is the oldest minority construction trade association in the United States. Members include more than 50 Hall of Fame members and Legacy Contractor Builders and a combined annual project capacity of over a billion dollars nationally. The association represents the interests of millions of skilled minority workers across the country. Through a network of local chapters and in collaboration with strategic and corporate partnerships, NAMC assists members with building capacity by providing access to opportunity, advocacy, and contractor development training.

Non-Profit Housing Association of Northern California (NPH)

Since 1979, the Non-Profit Housing Association of Northern California (NPH) has been the collective voice of affordable housing for the Bay Area.

NPH works to realize our mission by advancing meaningful, critical policy solutions, and strengthening the affordable housing community who implement the programs and policies in our Bay Area communities. Our policy work advances bold solutions for a more affordable, stable, thriving region and state, focusing on housing solutions for low-income people and communities of color who suffer disproportionately from the housing crisis. Our programs and events strengthen and grow the capacity of our members to produce, preserve, and protect affordable housing for equitable communities and neighborhoods. NPH is a 501(c)3, not-for-profit public benefit corporation of California.
