Kiki Poe
Chief Operating Officer
Kiki Poe is the Chief Operating Officer at East Bay Housing Organizations.
Kiki has dedicated her professional and personal life to being of service to her community. While at EBHO, Kiki has helped strengthen member relations and develop a membership strategic plan, led the coordination of our annual Affordable Housing Month, worked on centering Black equity in our culture and structure and helped develop organizational policies that empower this dynamic team. During her time here she has also supported the organization during the executive transition by stepping into Interim Co-Executive Director role. Before landing at EBHO, Kiki also worked on securing the LGBTQ+ community’s right to marry, managed a nationwide fundraising database program, and created a program to send publications to people who were incarcerated that focused on empowerment.
One of Kiki’s favorite quotes is from her mentor in life, Daisaku Ikeda: “A great human revolution in just a single individual will help achieve a change in the destiny of a nation and further, will enable a change in the destiny of all humankind.” She believes each of us have the power to positively impact the people and the land around us but it begins with self.
