May 15th: EBALDC and the Oakland Housing Authority are excited to presentProsperity Place, a new building in Oakland’s Chinatown neighborhood providing 71 affordable apartment homes. Please join EBALDC, neighbors, City & County officials and more to celebrate its grand opening during #AHW2017
- May 15th: Eden Housing and The City of Richmond will host the groundbeaking ofMiraflores Senior Apartments. Miraflores is an 80 unit development of newaffordable senior rental housing in Richmond,CA.
- May 16th: Join the City of San Leandro and Eden Housing for the grand re-opening of Las Palmas. Come see these newly rehabbed homes in San Leandro!
- May 17th: Celebrate the grand opening of Marea Alta in San Leandro with BRIDGEHousing, which brings 115 affordable family apartments and a childcare center to a transit-rich location with BART and bus access. During the same event, we will celebrate the groundbreaking of the development’s second phase: 85 affordable senior homes!
- May 17th: It’s a celebration! Join Resources for Community Development for the grand opening of Stargell Commons in the City of Alameda, 32 apartments homes developed in partnership with the City of Alameda Housing Authority. Stop by for a guided tour and enjoy refreshments.
- May 18th: Satellite Affordable Housing Associates will herald the groundbreaking of Redwood Hill Townhomes, a 28 unit large family project in the Laurel District ofOakland.
- May 19th: Come tour The Arbor at Hesperian in San Lorenzo– a vibrant community of 77 new affordable homes for seniors. Mercy Housing invites guests to join developers on a tour to learn more about the thoughtful design, services and programs available on site to help seniors age in place.
- May 19th: The BOSS Meekland Transitional Housing Program in Hayward has been converted to Permanent Supportive Youth Housing, continuing their work of building opportunities for self sufficiency.
