When fully realized, Brooklyn Basin will be a new mixed-income neighborhood along Oakland’s waterfront, featuring over 3,000 new homes, retail, parks, and open spaces along 64 acres.
Paseo Estero and Vista Estero are the first phase of building affordable housing within Brooklyn Basin’s master development plan. The project is made up of two buildings with 101 affordable family rental housing units and 110 units of affordable senior rental housing. Community amenities include a multi-purpose community room, computer lab, fitness center, courtyard, secured bicycle storage, a children’s playground, and an arts and crafts room.
