Alameda County 2024 Ballot Measure Briefing
March 23 @ 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm
We need a breakthrough solution to California’s housing crisis.
That’s why advocates are pushing for two bold ballot measures on the 2024 ballot:
- A $10-20 BILLION affordable housing bond measure in the 9 Bay Area Counties.
- Statewide Constitutional Amendment to lower the voter threshold for local affordable housing bond measures to a simple majority and expand eligible uses
Join EBHO, St. Mary’s Center, the Non-Profit Housing Association of Northern California, and Alameda County Supervisor Nate Miley to learn about these important measures in an initial briefing for housing advocates and service providers.
This event will be held both in-person at St. Mary’s Center at 925 Brockhurst St in Oakland and online on Zoom. RSVPs are required.
