Alameda County 2024 Ballot Measure Briefing

We need a breakthrough solution to California’s housing crisis.

That’s why advocates are pushing for two bold ballot measures on the 2024 ballot:

1. A $10-20 BILLION affordable housing bond measure in the 9 Bay Area Counties.
2. Statewide Constitutional Amendment to lower the voter threshold for local affordable housing bond measures to a simple majority and expand eligible uses
