The Berkeley Committee monitors policy and advocates for affordable housing and tenant protections in the City of Berkeley. Past efforts include support for funding measures Measure O and Measure U1. Current campaigns include support for a strong housing element in the City of Berkeley, support for affordable housing development at the North Berkeley and Ashby BART stations, support for right of return and TOPA policies and monitoring of the usage of city affordable housing funds.
