Creating Sanctuary: How to Leverage Faith-Community Land for Affordable Homes

May 20, 2021 @ 5:30 pm 7:30 pm

What can faith communities do to help reduce the number of people struggling with housing needs of high rent burden, overcrowding, or living on the streets?

Join a conversation about how faith communities can use their resources to create affordable homes for people that need them and why leveraging faith-community-held land is an important, powerful tool to build beloved community.

We want to connect people to the resources they’ll need to build affordable housing on their property. We hope that when people leave the event, they’ll feel confident that they too can utilize their community’s resource of land to expand affordable homes in their neighborhood.
