POSTPONED: Affordable Housing Week 2020 Kickoff
May 7, 2020 @ 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm
Update: Due to the statewide COVID emergency, we will postpone our Affordable Housing Week Kickoff. Sign up for email updates to get future information on Affordable Housing Week and future plans for our kickoff.
EBHO’s Membership, Board, and Staff invite you to our 24th annual Affordable Housing Week Kickoff! Each year our members create a week-long series of events exploring, sharing information, and celebrating affordable housing in the East Bay. Year’s Affordable Housing Week will run from May 9th – May 17th.
We start the week with our Affordable Housing Week Kickoff, which will include a ceremony to honor leaders in Affordable Housing that have made a significant contribution. Join us to drink, eat, and be in community as we work for important projects we will highlight throughout the week – homes built, laws passed, and new strategies developed for how affordable housing in the East Bay creates healthy, connected communities.
Members: Propose an Event!
EBHO Members host events throughout Affordable Housing Week. Members – click here to propose your AHW Event!
Classic Cars West, 411 26th St. Oakland, CA
Classic Cars West has a ramp to the entrance and a ramp on to the stage. The restrooms are ADA compliant with grab bars. We request event attendees do not wear fragrances such as perfume or cologne so all people can be in the space together. The 51A and 851 AC Transit buses stop two blocks from the space.
Tickets for the event are $50 for members and $80 for non-members. Purchase information for the event will be available in March.
